• Your registration will automatically be valid for NMCS NYC 2021 and we would be happy to hear that you will stay with us and support our event!
• All pre-paid registration fees will be automatically transferred to access the meeting in June 2021. We hope that you will still be able to participate. In case the new dates don’t arrange your agenda, you can transfer your registration to a colleague or, of course, apply for a full reimbursement. Transfer and/or reimbursement requests should be sent to .

• Your abstract submission remains valid for the 2021 dates, but it will only be reviewed after the new submission deadlines.
• We will get in touch with you later this year when the abstract submission tool will reopen, to allow you to update your abstract, cancel it or submit a new one. No action is required from you at this stage, but in case you have any questions, please contact us at .

• As mentioned in our General terms and Conditions, neither LD Organisation, nor the Organizers shall be liable for reimbursing travel costs or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
• If you booked a room at the NY Marriott Downtown, you have already received a cancellation email from them. All rooms are cancelled free of charge and you will need to make a new booking next year; the room rates will remain the same. We will inform all participants when room bookings will newly be open.

• Our online registration and abstract submission tool will newly be accessible end 2020. If you were registered for NMCS NYC 2020, you will not need to make a new registration.
